A new home....

Wow it has been a while since I have blogged so this will kinda be a catch up...

Two weeks ago Rich and I moved into our new place. We love the apartment complex. It is quiet and we are in the building the furtherest from the road. Signing a lease and knowing this will be home for our growing family has been wonderful. My heart continues to be blessed by being able to invest time into building home and knowing that I won't have to pack up in a month or two. We are loving getting to know our neighbors and we even moved across the street from my cousins Sam and Rae and their baby girl!  We are officially Greshamites again and welcome visitors!! :)

My emotions have been all over the place as  I am in full blown nesting. I have been organizing everything. Can't wait to finish some projects I have started and then I will post pictures!

Rich and I are still adjusting to being here for a while. Our hearts still desire to be working actively for His Kingdom. We are looking for ways in our new home and community to connect and really love on people. Looking for purpose. After having been a part of things in Swaziland and Rich having been with YWAM, we are learning that maybe making home and preparing for parenthood is exactly what He has for us. But find ourselves wanting more... wanting to be part of a bigger movement. Please pray as we continue to pray for wisdom and guidance about how and where to invest ourselves.

I have been feeling SO much better! We are so glad that things have settled a bit. I have had more energy the last few days and I cannot believe that next week will be the start of my last trimester!! We announced the name of our little man- Benjamin Silas Flamm! We love it! He is so active and moving like crazy! He is getting bigger and stronger too! I love him so much already and cannot wait to see his sweet little face!

Well I will try to get pictures up soon, but I guess that is all for now.

A lovely modge podge of what is going on...

December has been so full of things going on. A long time friend of mine has lent Rich and I their truck so we have a vehicle for a while which has been such an incredible blessing! We had a family dinner out for Nick's 25th birthday at an incredible Italian restaurant called Fratteli in Portland.

We also just had the big Cunningham Christmas up at my grandparents last night. It was a wonderful time full of laughter and catching up!

Nick and Andrea with sweet little Avery came! She yawned just in time for the picture! I am always making Rich take pictures... he is a good sport :)

It was great to see my cousins, Katie and Allie. They are always so full of life.

Let's see last time I blogged I had a lot going! So let's update. We went to the doctor and everything continues to be healthy with me and the babe. I am now twelve weeks along! My nausea is finally beginning to lighten up and I crave corn all the time! Our next appointment is the second week of January. Rich has gone through training at Old Spaghetti Factory and now is on his own serving a few shifts a week at the restaurant. Due to my own error, my passport has not arrived yet, but we are still moving on visa stuff. We dropped off the 20 page medical form with our doctor so once she finishes that and we get my passport, I will be ready to send it all off! We are still praying for Rich's as he still needs to get a full medical check including blood work and a chest xray!
